This is a blog of my journey of fitness which began on January 28, 2007. I estimate my weight to have been 380 lbs. My weight-loss goal is to reach 190 lbs. My plan is to reach that goal by living a fit lifestyle. This lifestyle includes healthy eating ("diet") and an exercise routine ("working out"). In the end, I hope to be around half the man I was on 1-28-07.

Oh wow, oh wow, oh wow. Congrats to you dear daddy. Amazing picture and thanks so much for sharing. Thanks for your comment on my blog - I do need a swift kick in the ass to get going again - you're comment opened up my eyes the most.
Hope the next few days of baby times are wonderful and as restful as can be with 5 kids! :) Take care.
A handsome lad for you!!!! Congratulations, Daddy!
Congratulations! What a beautiful boy ...
Congratulations to you and your family, a beautiful baby boy!
Congratulations, Half Man! Such a handsome boy! I’m sure his sisters will spoil him!
Thank you all. We are very happy and proud.
Congrats, Daddy (again)!
Thanks for the response on my blog. However I should really explain it's not all about aesthetics, I want to be able to keep up with my girl and live long without diabetes, as we have a family history. As much as I want the weight gone yesterday, I know it will take personal commitment and a hell of a lot of hard work to get it off and keep it off... i'm not completely vain ;)
(grand applause!)
woo hoo!!! congratulations and all that!
and you'll be around even longer to enjoy him. ;)
weeesplat - LOL, I made my comment because I am so vain and I need to constantly remind myself of all the other reasons for living a fit lifestyle. Good job on striving for health.
lady t - thank you.
Welcome to the third rock, mini-half man...may all your dreams come true, and may your life be a blessing to all that cross your path.
Congratulations! You have obviously been doing a lot of "exercising" and no doubt it has contributed to the weight loss. Keep it up...
