How about that? I lose more on vacation with buffets galore than I do back at home. Actually, I am not disappointed. I took the week of vacation off from lifting weights and now I am back at it. Also, My cardio was way down last week. It was a combination of weather and trying to get over some aches and pains in my feet. So I am pretty happy...except I really wanted to break the 260 mark today. I am sure I will next week. It's all good.

I wish someone would tape that so you could post it here... It should be quite a speech. Now, you can inspire other people besides us! Go, Half-Man!!!!
Make it into a quiz - the closest guess gets to buy you a donut...
;)
I'd just like to agree with Sayre and say that a recording of the speech would be awesome.
And Kiwanis! I knew a couple people who were Kiwanis, I think. They even went to the States for something to do with the Kiwanis. Must have been a conference.
Congrats on the continued loss :)
That should be a great, very inspirational speech.
Now when you get to your goal weight don't gain 16 pounds back like the Captain did. Great job. I am very proud of you. I hit 16 reps on the 135 today. I was pretty happy with that.
Jeff
Congrats on your continued success.
What method do you use to calculate your BF%?
Sayre - Thanks for your confidence.
Kim - What a fantastic idea, but I was thinking more like Fettucine Alfredo.
FTL - That reminds me. One of our fundraisers is selling nuts and kiwis (basically turtles).
Sally - I hope that I will encourage some to improve their fitness.
Captain - I am sure you will lose it again. What did you do 16 reps at 135?
bryguy - Plug your measurements in inches into the following formula [Waist+(1/2Hips)-(2.7*Forearm)-Wrist=%Body Fat] or you can do it online at http://www.healthcentral.com/cholesterol/home-body-fat-test-2774-143.html
What a wonderful opportunity to inspire and encourage others to take better care of themselves and who better to deliver such an address. Good Luck!!! I know it will go well.
