Yeah, sometimes it REALLY does...but...

Half Man Cheer!! Think of all you've accomplished! Think of how good you feel in your own skin now! Think of the incredible changes you have made in such a short period of time! Other aspects of life might feel pretty rocky and uncertain, but one thing is for sure - no one can take away your victories! YOU did that! Let it seep into every part of your life, as much as possible!

Way to go Half Man!

I know exactly how you feel, Half-Man... I have days like that too. Luckily, I have those other days as well - the ones where nothing can keep me down, the sun shines, the birds sing, and all is right in the world. Let's hope your "other days" return soon.

No doubt man, no doubt. And sometimes you just got to thrash it out. It's all good man.

It does indeed. BUT this is when you draw on all your accomplishments. And your blog will come in handy because you can go back and see for yourself! That's the sole reason I started to blog, to help me remind myself about the good stuff in my life, on the days where I don't feel like getting out of bed, where everything just blows.
You're a star Half Man. A bright and shiny one too.

Thanks for all you comments. I have a theory that part of the problem was lack of exercise due to pulling my back. I think my body was used to the endorphine levels the exercise gave me so when I those were gone, I became grouchy and didn't handle things well.

I'm sorry that life sucks for you right now - or when you posted. Maybe it's changed by now. I hope the physical pain you mentioned in your previous post has diminished (or is gone completely).I notice that you are currently half way to your goal. Yaaay for that.

Doesn't it just!?

Your mood will shift (probably has already). The real question is what you do when you're in the Life Sucks place. Do you then sabotage your progress or can you hold out until the mood lifts again?

Hope your back's getting better

I don't think I sabotaged my progress. It just seems like I have very little outlet for my frustrations. Food is not something I turn to when I am upset. If anything, I stop eating. Exercise is one outlet I do have, but with my back hurt, it wasn't an option.
