This is a blog of my journey of fitness which began on January 28, 2007. I estimate my weight to have been 380 lbs. My weight-loss goal is to reach 190 lbs. My plan is to reach that goal by living a fit lifestyle. This lifestyle includes healthy eating ("diet") and an exercise routine ("working out"). In the end, I hope to be around half the man I was on 1-28-07.
You can do a better review than this. They all gained back almost 50 pounds? Really? Did you watch the show? One guy took off his shirt to reveal a six-pack. Maybe you just wanted to knock those on the show without really focusing on the positives. These are the exact people you should be getting inspiration from so maybe next time you might want to pay a little closer attention.
Anonymous - I assume you are commenting on the previous post. The special was titled, "Have They Kept the Weight Off?" Why are you offended that the answer is "Not all of it." Recidivism is high among those who lose lots of weight. So I think it's fair game to question their weight gain.
If you read my entire post, you would have seen that I did bring out the positives.
