This is a blog of my journey of fitness which began on January 28, 2007. I estimate my weight to have been 380 lbs. My weight-loss goal is to reach 190 lbs. My plan is to reach that goal by living a fit lifestyle. This lifestyle includes healthy eating ("diet") and an exercise routine ("working out"). In the end, I hope to be around half the man I was on 1-28-07.
This morning I weighed 317lbs. for a loss of 2 lbs. I completed another day running with my daughters. I figured that we are in our 6th week of running. I think I read somewhere that it takes 6-8 weeks to form a habit. I missed running so much. Even though I am nowhere near where I was before, I am thrilled to running. Even more, I am proud of my daughters for their determination. Living Fit Is My #1 Job!
