Okay, I think I have rebounded from the sickness. I am not bothered by the gain. In fact, I am relieved by it. My thinking is that the weight loss during my illness was in great part due the loss of liquids and solid matters that would normally be in my system. In addition, because of the lack of exercise and sustenance, I was afraid that I would have lost a lot of muscle. I suspected and hoped that my weight would creep back up to where it was before the illness. I am sure I lost some muscle anyhow, but I am thinking it wasn't too bad.

We are not all healthy yet. My wife is still nauseous. My one daughter who had survived it all finally came down with it in her ears. The baby is sick as well. I still have this sinus thing hanging on, but it is getting better. I did some weight training this morning, and plan to do some running after work. Once I get back into a routine, the numbers will be a bit more meaningful to me. The strange thing is that my hips went down an inch, but my waist is the same. I look forward to the day when my waist is smaller than my hips.

Glad you're starting to do better. The head-thing (sinus, cough, runny nose) hit me a few days ago. I think I'm on the back end of it, but I ache all over inside from the coughing.

The scale is back behaving as it should for you. I'm not getting on this week as I don't feel well enough to care about it, honestly.
