What's Wrong With Me!!!!!

I don't know what is going on, but over the past month or so, I have become more and more down. I don't know if it is depression, S.A.D., or what. Over the last week or so, I haven't cared too much about eating healthy, and my exercise routine has decreased. I am still running, but just about everything else has come to a halt. I am quite busy at work and have lots to do at home, but I have no energy or drive to do any of it. I feel like I am in a downward spiral. I hope I come out of this soon.

Sorry that my post is such a downer, but that's where I am at.

HtM - Hang in there, this time of year is notorious for SAD, just think of the upcoming spring, more sunshine and the warmth of the summer. Be proud of what you have done and keep things in perspective, you have proven you are the MAN with all the success you have had. Besides, you dont have time to be down in the dumps for too long since you are an inspiration to a lot of people...

About the topic in fitness, yes we all know that fitness is really healthy to our body, but the most effective way to have a slim and healthy body is to drink water. Yes water is very important to our body right? because it flushes out the wastes from the body and moisturizes the skin. well now! an effective way to be fit is drinking water, if we are refering to water always remembre that because water is no plurarity, the Borba water has a supplement water provide antioxidant antiaging effects. Which is other well-known healthty drinks.

I hope you're able to get out of this funk soon too. Hopefully now that you're coming in to spring that'll help.

Peace, dude.

Nutritionally are you getting enough B vitamins, vitamin C, Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc, Iron, Manganese, and Potassium?

Deficiencies in those can cause depression.

You can get them in a supplement such as Mens FX, which works great for me.

About your depression, i think you have to settle it yourself. You must know the cause of that depression, "the roots" so as the others say it, i agree on what Yeldarb says, he really got a point there man, pull yourself together.

HM,
I agree with Yeldarb, you should be mighty proud of what you have done already. Your still running that's great! The slump will go away. Keep up the good work.

I can personally attest to the effectiveness of those overpriced lights! I hope since this post is five weeks old that you are feeling much better and getting ready for spring!

You never visit your blog friends any more, and that is the key to your whole life, but you just don't realize it yet. You are caught in the Twilight Zone. You used us for support, and now you can never leave.
