Week ??? Weigh-In

280 lbs.
Eating Healthy for 6 weeks and running for 6 weeks with occasional weight training.
I was at 305 6 weeks ago.
My Achilles tendon is much better, but not back to normal.

I have come to the conclusion that I simply cannot make any promises about blogging. I did find it very helpful and loved all the friends, but family, work, and health must take precedence. I will try to return from time to time in order to update my stats. If I get the chance to blog I will.
