I'm worried about my triceps or should I say the lack of them. The arms are a big problem area for women as they age or lose weight ... or both. :)<br /><br />I've never had the sunflower seeds in the shell. Do you eat the shell as well or break it and extract the nut? Either way it's a great idea. I saw my doctor yesterday and asked him about it. He said it was good to catch it early because often it becomes a chronic condition if not addressed as soon as it comes up.
